  • 2 cups fruit juice (orange or apple) use chilled for best fizz
  • 1 cup lemon-lime soda chilled
  • 1 cup pink lemon-lime soda or tonic water for color and glow effect
  • 3 tbsp sugar optional, for extra sweetness
  • 1 drop blue food coloring add carefully to control color intensity
  • 1 drop green food coloring for a spooky hue
  • 1 pack glow-in-the-dark glow sticks crack just before serving, cut open to release glow liquid

Method
 

  1. Pour the fruit juice into a large pitcher and stir in the sugar until dissolved, creating a sweet base.
  2. Add a few drops of blue and green food coloring to the juice, creating a swirling, eerie color. Mix gently to combine.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes until very cold, ensuring fizz is vibrant when mixed.
  4. Just before serving, crack open the glow sticks and carefully cut open the inner liquid pouch to release the glowing liquid. Mix this glow liquid into the chilled punch gently.
  5. Pour the lemon-lime soda and tonic water into the pitcher, gently stirring to combine. This adds bubbles and the glowing effect, making the punch fizzy and mystical.
  6. Transfer the mixture into glasses filled with ice. The combination of colors and glowing liquid creates a spooky, swirling effect in each glass.
  7. Serve immediately with additional glow sticks on the side for guests to activate and add to their drinks for extra fun and glow.
